The Federal Government has projected a potential cost of ₦5 trillion to convert petrol-powered vehicles in Nigeria to run on gas. This ambitious energy transition initiative forms part of the broader drive to adopt Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) and Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) as cleaner and more cost-effective alternatives to petrol.
