The Kano State Government has unveiled plans to enhance its transportation system by introducing Compressed Natural Gas (CNG)-powered buses. This initiative is part of a broader strategy to provide affordable and environmentally friendly transportation solutions to residents, especially in light of rising fuel costs.

During the announcement, the Kano State Commissioner for Transportation emphasized the economic and environmental advantages of the project.
